Although best known for his architectural works, he also produced a small number of landscape and topographical scenes.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"281\" data-end=\"664\"\u003eOf Scottish origin, Affleck eventually settled in London after spending many years traveling and living throughout England, Belgium, France, and Spain. He created etchings depicting views in England, Holland, Italy, Belgium, and America.
